The owners are such a friendly family, and we felt safe and well cared for throughout our lovely two weeks. The cottage is idyllic, clean, and equipped with everything we needed, and the grounds are beautiful. There’s a large private gate that opens and closes with a remote. We’d happily recommend staying here. Thank you all!

Stefania looked after us so thoughtfully and did everything she could to make our holiday enjoyable. The owners were always kind and ready to share information about lovely places to visit. The house is set in a green park, tastefully furnished, clean, and comfortable. It was a peaceful place to spend our holiday, and everything worked out perfectly. Pesaro turned out to be a little gem, and the area has plenty to explore, including Fano, Urbino, and San Marino. We really enjoyed the wine tasting at Weingut Mancini on the Panoramica, with its grand sea view, and dinner at Restaurant Taverna del Pescatore nearby. The house is a quiet little retreat on a huge garden plot, a bit outside the city centre, so a car or bikes are useful. Cyclists can get plenty of riding in, though in summer it’s best to set off early before the heat. Beaches are reachable by car or bike, and there are shops and restaurants around too. The kitchen is very well equipped, and there’s air conditioning, a shower, and a washing machine. Garden loungers on the terrace under the shade sail are lovely for relaxing. The homemade olive oil was delicious. The owner and her whole family are very warm, and they help right away if you have a question or need something. There’s no Wi-Fi, but we didn’t miss it. A hundred percent recommendation for anyone wanting a holiday away from the mainstream. Book early, as the house is often full. Grazie per il bel tempo 💐💐💐
