Villa Cattani Stuart XVII secolo

The brothers who own the property clearly take pride in it, and the whole staff were helpful and personable. The grounds feel like a little bit of Italian magic, lush and beautiful with a traditional feel. It’s within walking distance of town and restaurants. I’d stay here again.

We spent five nights at Villa Cattani Stuart and loved the beautiful grounds, friendly service, and comfortable room, bed, and linens. Breakfast was wonderful, and lunch was available too. For dinner we walked down the block to La Vecchia Cantina, where we ate four nights. The villa is about 15 minutes from the beach or Pesaro center. We also drove about an hour to San Marino, and had a great day there. The owner, Frederico, gave us a private tour of the villa. We highly recommend this lovely hotel for a stay in the Pesaro area.

A beautiful villa hotel tucked into nature, with a picturesque pool that was perfect for a weekend away. It’s fairly small and intimate, and we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The staff were warm and welcoming, and everything was spotless. I thought the bathrooms could use a little renovation, but everything else was great.

The grounds are gorgeous, with winding gardens and statuary everywhere, plus a lovely pool area and garden patios at both the front and back. The hotel is about 10 minutes from Pesaro’s center. Almost everyone spoke enough English, and the desk staff were kind and helpful. The wait staff were excellent too. Our room was comfortable, though a little stark, with few drawers for unpacking. Breakfast was included in a relaxing room, but the choices weren’t quite to my taste. The croissants and hard-boiled eggs were good; the scrambled eggs were too undercooked for me. Coffee was inconsistent, strong one day and weak the next. There’s no restaurant on site. One within walking distance served fair food, though the pizza was good.
