Andrea was a friendly, knowledgeable host and always available. We loved the breakfast vouchers for the caffes, especially Fiorilli Coffee Lab, and the 12pm checkout helped us a lot. For our four night October stay, it was outstanding value. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable mattress, soft towels, a good-sized balcony, and a big screen TV. The location is excellent, right on the pedestrian Corso and just minutes from Stazione. We'll definitely come back.

Andrea really helped me get to know the city, and he's an amazing owner. The B&B is right in the centre of Pescara and has everything you'll need during your stay. I'd choose this place again without hesitation.

The room was large and clean, and the common area had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely at a little coffee close by. The apartment is very well located, near the train station. We had a really nice stay thanks to Andrea, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Merci beaucoup Andrea! I'd definitely come back.

Breakfast includes coffee and pastries at a superb quality cafe within 100 meters. The apartment is in an excellent area, full of quality shops and restaurants, and just 50 meters from the beach. It's a 10 minute walk to the train station, which has a big, cheap car park for only €2.5 per day. There are three private en suite bedrooms and a communal lounge kitchen. The rooms are quality, in a very central location in Pescara, and the owner is superbly friendly with great local knowledge.
