Linda House

My cousin and I stayed there in September 2025, and someone took our luggage from our room in the middle of the night while we were asleep. I filed a police report and submitted it. The cleaning lady and manager said the room code hadn’t been changed in a while and that they would change it. I’m an amputee, and all my prosthetic items were in the stolen suitcase. The apartment itself was clean, but the building entrance was run down, with a big hole in the wall. It was hard to find, there was no parking, and we had to leave the car two blocks away. The manager wasn’t helpful and complained that, as a single parent, they didn’t have time. A disastrous experience in my opinion. One star is too generous. Zero would be better.

Mr. Marino was incredibly kind and helpful during our one-night stay with friends. The apartment was tidy and very clean. I highly recommend it if you’re spending a few days in Pescara, even for a hen party like ours. We need more people like him!

I was there for work a few weeks ago, and everything was super clean and organized. The owner was kind and helpful. I’d definitely recommend it.

We stayed as a family, two adults and three children. It’s right in the center and has lots of comforts.
