Getting around from here was easy: the city center is a minute away, the beaches are about a five-minute walk, and parking at Pescara Centrale train station, around ten minutes away, was convenient at €3 a day. The pedestrian center has plenty of shops and places for food or an aperitif, with several ZTL areas. Our room was clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished, with a new, large bathroom. It’s on a very quiet side street, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The owner was kind and thorough, and quick to answer calls. In the shared kitchen we could store drinks or food in the fridge, and use of the stovetop was available for a small fee. Breakfast is at a partner café on the corner. The woman running it was friendly, and the products were good. The owner also suggested a few places to eat, including "Il Ristoro Genovese" in Piazza Salotto. We liked the delicious self-service restaurant enough to eat there several times.

We made good use of the terrace for meals and a drink after dinner, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The apartment is right in the heart of Pescara and has every comfort. Gioacchino was a standout host, professional, friendly, attentive to details, and always there when we needed him. The room is tastefully furnished. We’d gladly recommend it.

Mr. Gioacchino really does his best to make guests’ stays memorable. The B&B is centrally placed on a quiet side street, and its recent renovation shows in the roomy, comfortable rooms. Highly recommended.

Gioacchino is a great host, always reachable and making sure you have what you need. The breakfast was good too. Step outside and you’re already in the city center, with easy access to everywhere. I’ll definitely tell friends about the place.

Everything went well, right down to the price. This new B&B in central Pescara was clean and peaceful, with no flaws that I could find. The owner was lovely, kind, courteous, and ready to help.
