The main problem showed up late at night: the restaurant’s huge ventilation unit on the roof above our apartment was so noisy that sleeping was basically impossible. We were lucky to be there only for one night. At first, the clean rooftop apartment and its terrace seemed just right for staying above McDonalds, but that changed once the noise became clear. Breakfast was the usual sweet Italian kind, so there’s not much else to say.

We really appreciated Federico’s sincere, friendly help with sorting out every issue. He’s a lovely person and a real credit to the hotel. The place is quiet and welcoming, and the location is convenient. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast on the hotel terrace was a particular treat, and the cappuccino was the best we had. We’d happily recommend it.

The owner is always ready to help and makes you feel at home, which isn’t something you find everywhere. Rooms are clean and pleasant, with a fairly large private balcony. Breakfast is a decent spread of ready-made biscuits and snacks. My room’s bathroom was very narrow and small, though other rooms have more space. For a short, affordable stay in Pescara, I’d suggest this place.

A very recommendable spot for a holiday. My room was tidy and well looked after, with a huge balcony. The buffet breakfast was properly Italian, and there was something for everyone. Definitely worth trying.

The owners are great and very helpful, and the rooms have all the basics. Just be aware you can hear the elevator, and the B&B sits above McDonald's, so its ventilation is audible too.
