The beach and sea are very close. My apartment was quite good, though there wasn’t much in the way of useful extras, and breakfast isn’t included. There was lots of empty, unused space, while the kitchen tools, toiletries and toilet paper were in short supply. This definitely isn’t a luxury place.

No complaints from me. The apartment was clean and secure, had good amenities and isolation, and the owner was responsive. It’s right in the city center and only five minutes from the beach.

The location is handy :) Inside, it feels kind of cold and boring, with an Ikea style and not much character. It’s okay, but not really luxurious, and the cooking appliances weren’t good.

The host was friendly, very helpful, and always quick to reply. The Nest Pescara was a really comfortable place to stay, with a great spot for walking to both the center and the waterfront. My room was very clean and had everything I needed, towels, coffee, a hairdryer, shampoo and more.

The owner was extremely kind and available whenever we needed something. We rented an apartment of about 50 square meters, spacious and equipped with what we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedroom had plenty of room and good storage for clothes, plus air conditioning and heating as needed. The location is practically perfect, 50 meters from the public beach and 50 meters from Pescara’s city center. There’s parking inside that can be reserved in advance, as well as white-line parking on the street. The price was reasonable for the apartment size, location and time of year.
