The best thing about the hotel was its central position for visiting the old city. The internal parking was €10 per day, which seemed fair. The minimum breakfast included with the Smartbox was the same for every guest, with no distinction. We booked through a €90 Smartbox for one night, arriving at 6:30 PM and leaving at 8:30 AM. After booking, the hotel emailed to say our Smartbox room wasn't available and offered a better one for an extra €40. We accepted, paid the Smartbox amount plus €40 when we arrived, and went to the room. It was old, bare, and, above all, dirty. We asked to change rooms, but were told the hotel was full. Since it was late, we stayed. They said the cleaner would come, but we never saw her. There was no shower in the bathroom, something that hadn't been mentioned when we booked. For a three-star hotel, I expected more, especially when it came to cleanliness. We left the room as we'd found it. We didn't leave shopping bags, take any cases of water, or even use the air conditioning. I think they confused us with other guests.

The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. Its central location is convenient, and there is private parking and a garage for a fee. But the rooms are dated, especially the bathroom. There's no shower tray, just a curtain that doesn't even close, and after showering a strong sewer smell came up. The hotel has no elevator. Given the age of the rooms, the price felt a bit high.

A quiet spot with a strategic location: you can walk to the center of Peschici in under a minute, and the beach shuttle takes less than five minutes. The staff have a family-like, welcoming feel and know how to meet guests' needs. They cook everything fresh with local, zero-mile ingredients, especially the fish. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent quality-price ratio.

The pastries at breakfast were fresh, delicious, and always well stocked. They really added to our stay. Our room was comfortable, the pool was lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great time at this hotel.

Giovanni and Caterina have been kind, helpful, and professional with us since last year, and we're glad to see everything running smoothly. The hotel sits in a quiet area but is still an easy walk from the center, which is ideal. The property does look dated, though it was taken over this year, so the new management needs time. We'll definitely return.
