Residence Belvedere

The owners were extremely kind and always available, and the location was very convenient, just steps from the town center with an easy connection to the bay below. We stayed in early August and had a wonderful time. It isn’t a luxury property, but it’s comfortable and fully equipped with a TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and more. The sea view apartment has fabulous, postcard-like sunsets, with the Tremiti Islands in the background. The quality for the price is excellent. We’ll definitely come back next year.

We found the apartment spotless on arrival, with water and juice waiting in the fridge. The kitchen is small but has what we need, including dishes, utensils, and a coffee maker. The owners are extremely kind and helpful. Linens, towels, and cleaning products aren’t provided. It’s just steps from the historic center and a 10-minute walk to the sea. We’ve always found free parking in front of the building. Everything was perfect!

The apartment had a postcard-worthy sea view, and there’s a shuttle bus from the house down to the beach. It’s only a few steps from the center of Peschici. The owners were very kind and helped us with everything. The apartment was clean, too. I’m satisfied, and would definitely recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Martino 🤝👍

This was a terrible experience. We booked an apartment for five people, including a small child, but couldn’t use the washing machine whenever we wanted. We were only allowed to use it at times set by the owner, which seems absurd. The TV had no signal for the whole week. The refrigerator was tiny, very old, and didn’t work properly, so we had to throw away some food. It’s definitely not suitable for five people, maybe for two. And the beds sink under you whenever you sit down. There were so many little problems that can ruin a vacation. Absolutely not recommended!
