Residence Fasanella

We really enjoyed the quiet setting and all the comforts here. It's a pleasant 10-minute walk to the beach, too. We'd happily come back, and I'd recommend it.

The owners were kind enough to let us arrive early, park the car, and change into our swimsuits, even giving us a bathroom to use. The apartment itself was brand new and had air conditioning, and the private parking was very handy. We stayed two nights in July. The sea is about a 15-minute walk from the center, but getting up to the town center involves lots of steps, so I recommend having a car. One thing the owners could offer is rental bed linen and towels.

The veranda was a lovely spot for breakfast and meals, and the owners were easy to reach and did their best to help with whatever we needed. They even lent us a little salt, which was kind of them. The location made it easy to leave the car parked and walk to town, the beaches and lidos, or the small but well-stocked Carrefour. We spent the last weekend of July here and had two relaxing days in Peschici. We'd gladly return.

We especially liked the peaceful setting, with olive trees outside and a lovely view. The big terrace shared by the apartments has a drying rack, table, and chairs for each unit, and we enjoyed coffee there in the morning and after sunset. We spent about ten days at Residence Fasanella. The owners were friendly and always available, and our recently renovated apartment was clean and tidy, with a well-equipped kitchen and roomy bedroom closets. Some bathroom fixtures could use an update. There's also a shared washing machine in its own area. Parking is convenient, and the beaches are walkable if you don't want to drive. Just watch out on the one-way street: there's no sidewalk, and sometimes people drive the wrong way. The air conditioning helped on hot days, though we didn't always need it because the apartment stayed cool. A pleasant stay, and one I'd recommend.
