Residenza Montegrappa

Both rooms we stayed in were spacious, comfortable, very clean, and had a small balcony and all the comforts we needed. We came in July, loved it so much that we returned in September, and stayed in a different room each time. We chose rooms with kitchenettes for breakfast and a few meals, and they had everything from dishes and cookware to the small utensils. The residence is modern, recently renovated, tastefully furnished, welcoming in every way, and just a few meters from the center of Peschici. It’s easy to get around on foot, and free parking can be found in the surrounding alleys. Daniele is genuine and helpful, and he really makes guests feel looked after. We loved our visits and will come back again. As they say, good things come in threes! We highly recommend it. Thank you for everything, Daniele. Andrea and Vittoria.

The one drawback is that the sea is a bit far to walk to, although getting there is easy. On the way back, there’s a shuttle that costs two euros each way and drops you in the center. The owner was very kind and helpful, and the place itself is clean, modern, and has air conditioning and the kitchen basics. It’s so close to the center that you can leave the car behind, especially since evening parking is hard to find. There’s free parking under the building or nearby. A bakery in the same building sells tasty bread at really good prices, and a supermarket about 300 meters uphill has reasonable prices for a tourist area.

Daniele is a great source of ideas for things to do while you’re in Peschici, and he’s always willing to help. The place is right in the center, spotless, welcoming, and has all the amenities close by. There’s a lot of attention to detail. I’d recommend it 100%.

Clean, new, and really handy for the center and nightlife in Peschici. Grocery shops are right nearby, with restaurants about 200 meters away. The only downside was the morning street noise. A nearby bar opens very early, and the customers are really noisy.
