The location is good, and I have to say the staff were helpful. But cleanliness was unacceptable, especially with COVID. Our room had dirty floors, and the bathroom faucet was rusty. We paid for breakfast and dinner, but the food quality was poor. I don't recommend coming here at all. This resort needs to be inspected!

The entertainment team deserves a special mention. Even at the end of the season, they were smiling and full of energy. We had a wonderful time at the resort, with its beautiful beach, clean sea, and well-kept grounds. Lunches at La Fenice were delicious, and dinners at the Trabucco were even better. Each dinner felt like a treat. Congratulations to everyone who made our time relaxing and magical. Our final day was an experience we'd happily repeat and recommend.

What a nightmare week. The rooms weren't cleaned properly, the shuttles didn't run, and getting down to the beach and back up was a pain every time. The pool bottom was rough enough to give the kids blisters. The beach itself was beautiful, but full of jellyfish. The food was awful apart from the sushi, and the town center was too far away for a night out. There was very little consideration for celiacs. The children's menu was poor too, with the same things all week: hamburgers, cutlets, and chips. The staff were arrogant and wouldn't listen to criticism. The only good part was the entertainment team. It was a terrible stay overall, and the place really wasn't prepared to host children.
