It was just the peaceful setting I wanted for my daughter, with a lovely view of the surrounding nature. The residential area is quiet, and the location in Peschiera del Garda is excellent, close to the main services and the beautiful lake beach. I had a really pleasant stay here with my family. The owner was very kind and helpful. The one thing that could be better is the apartment cleaning, which should be more thorough. Still, I’d definitely recommend it. We’d come back.

These apartments are tiny and incredibly dirty. They’re badly maintained and don’t even have basic amenities. The beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable, and the toilets are broken. There were only 3 pots and 2 saucepans, and no floor detergent, so you have to buy it yourself. The shower is so small that water leaks into the kitchen! For Gardaland, you have to walk or drive 3km to the shuttle, even though the agency says it’s downstairs. That’s a lie. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!

The location is good, but I’d never stay here again. They charge a deposit for a tiny apartment with dated, shoddy furniture, beds, and mattresses, and the people there are rude. I agreed to pay for sheets and towels, but what they handed me was a bag of mismatched, poor-quality linen. I suspected they were recycling forgotten things from previous guests, and several hairs on the sheets and towels made me think they hadn’t been cleaned properly.

The staff were friendly and happy to share tips and information, and we had a great time. Prices are very reasonable compared with other places. The apartments are a short walk from the lake and Peschiera beach, with a pool and convenient parking on site. I’ll be back.
