Homingarda - fine holiday apartments

We spent 10 days at Homingarda with our six-year-old, and the apartment made it a really comfortable stay. It was roomy, modern, spotless, and had everything we needed, including access to a ground-floor washing machine, dryer, and ironing board. The living room opened onto a generous veranda, and there was another one off the bedrooms. The air conditioning worked well, and the external roller shutters were great at night. The setting was quiet and felt very secure, with restaurants and shops nearby. Outside, the gardens were beautifully cared for, parking was available, and the family pool was well kept. Massimo got in touch as soon as we booked and stayed in contact before and during our visit. He sent a useful list of restaurants and amenities, and even left a bottle of wine in the fridge. We’d happily recommend Homingarda to anyone considering Peschiera.

Massimo was a great host, answering our questions and keeping us updated with useful information before check-in. The apartment was modern and extremely clean, and from the fourth floor we had a lovely lake view. We could eat outdoors at the terrace table or relax on the sun loungers. The lake was only a few minutes away on foot, and Pescheria town was also close by.

The pool was a lovely temperature and the area around it was beautiful and usually quiet. From the villa we also had a fantastic view over the lake and pool. We stayed in early August 2023 as a family of four, with children aged 10 and 11, and there was loads of room. Everything was spotless and well equipped, especially the kitchen, and the utility room had a washing machine. Homingarda is handy for the beaches, lake activities, and a short walk into town for shops and restaurants. The ferry terminal is close too. Parking was plentiful and secure, and getting in and out by car was straightforward. Massimo was helpful throughout, always available for questions. Thanks, we hope we can come back.

The gardens and pool area were lovely, and the place is in a safe area a short walk from the lake. Inside, it was modern, roomy, very clean, and the fixtures and fittings looked almost new. The host communicated well and answered questions quickly, always with a good sense of humour. I’d highly recommend it.
