The welcome was lovely, and the hotel felt warm and inviting. It was spotless, the staff were so kind, and breakfast was good. We did have trouble sleeping, though, because the walls seem paper thin. We could hear everything from the next room, even someone peeing. My children, who travel often, found the bunk beds a bit old and uncomfortable. The wool blankets also seemed dated and not very hygienic. It might be better to use duvet covers that can be washed whenever the sheets are changed, which would make the quality feel more in line with the price.

Right in Pescocostanzo's historic center, and we slept really well. Breakfast was a treat, especially the pastries Antonio's mother makes so skillfully. Antonio is wonderful, apart from one small thing: he's a Juventus fan! Thanks, Antonio.

Breakfast alone is worth the stay, and the owners make you feel very welcome. This is a lovely family-run guesthouse in charming Pescocostanzo. The rooms are roomy, nicely equipped, and everything works. I'd happily come back.

The staff were very polite and ready to help, and the rooms were really comfortable. In the middle of beautiful Pescocostanzo, this is a welcoming, well-kept hotel that's very clean. Breakfast was good, too.

Antonio made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. He was smiling, friendly, and always around when we needed him, and gave us ideas for things to see and do. The place is in Pescocostanzo's historic center, a short walk from town and just steps from a large parking lot. There's a handy spot by the entrance for unloading, plus a lovely flower-filled outdoor area where you can have breakfast or read the paper. Our room was spacious, classically furnished, and had everything we needed. It was cleaned every day, with a lot of care. Breakfast had both sweet and savory choices, mostly Italian style, and the cakes were baked daily by Antonio's mother. I can still remember the fresh apple pie and the blackberry and buckwheat tart. We had a great stay and will definitely return.
