Hotel Vallefura

Breakfast had plenty of choice, including homemade desserts, and the food was tasty and nicely served. The manager was kind and keen to meet guests’ needs. Mr. Vittorio (the owner) was friendly and helpful, and we felt as if we’d known him for ages. We had a fantastic weekend as a family, and left already hoping to return soon for another relaxing stay. I highly recommend it.

The staff were always around, thoughtful, helpful, and exceptionally kind. The owner deserves a special mention: he took time to welcome us and share useful tips about nearby villages and itineraries, which made our holiday unforgettable. We stayed from August 7, 2025, to August 10, 2025. The clean, well-kept room was a pleasure to come back to after excursions, and the location is beautiful for exploring Pescocostanzo and the surrounding area. A perfect stay for an authentic, enjoyable visit to Abruzzo. We’ll definitely return.

The service, from the owner to the waiters, deserves a mention, as does the food. The Sicilian chef makes a different, delicious, flavorful menu each evening, and you’ll want seconds. The rooms are pleasant and clean, though dark and dated, like the rest of the hotel. I stayed in February 2025. It’s a lovely chalet-style place right by the Vallefura ski lift, but the lift is small and often closed, so it’s not ideal if you’re planning several days of skiing.
