The owner was so kind and friendly, and the pool was clean. With just five villas, the resort feels airy and spacious, and they’re well designed, clean, and equipped with every comfort. It’s a peaceful place for couples or families with young children, away from big-city noise and smog. Isernia is 15 minutes away, and Pescolanciano is practically across the road. Highly recommended.

Even in August the air feels fresh here, which makes it a lovely place to slow down and relax. The cottages are cozy and spotless, and the grounds are tidy too. The owners and staff are friendly and always available.

The owners were lovely, friendly, helpful, and always willing to please. We had a wonderful time at the Casina del Duca holiday village. Its location makes it easy to visit the main cultural and natural sites, and the cottages are cute, cozy, and very clean. There’s also a beautiful pool surrounded by greenery.

We really liked that there aren’t many apartments here. The houses are brand new, charming, and each has an outdoor space or garden. Most of all, they’re spotless. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful, and we could barbecue and bring our furry friends too. We highly recommend it. See you soon!

The owners were wonderful, and so were the bungalow and location. But my partner and I ended up sleeping on the floor because the mattress was unbelievably uncomfortable, with its springs digging into our backs. It was far too expensive for such a terrible night, and that spoiled our vacation. Highly recommended if you don’t mind sleeping on the floor.
