Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I paid 120€ for a > because it was the only thing available. The room was big, but really old and dusty. Worst of all, I slept there and got bitten by bedbugs.

The welcome at reception was great and the rooms looked good. The food was amazing too, especially the pasta, and the dessert was good. It's a good hotel for sleeping while you're on the road.

The staff were nice and tried to help, though communicating was difficult. The rooms were clean but really cramped, and the walls were so thin I could hear the neighbours whispering, talking normally and watching TV as if they were in our room. Ours was right above the entrance, and smoke came through the ventilation and left the room smelling pretty bad. The vegan breakfast was the worst I've ever had in a hotel. I really regret booking here. Nice staff, bad building.

Everything was fine, and Carlo was especially polite.

Don't be taken in by the outside. The inside needs a total refurb, and our room 302 looked nothing like the modern photos. The air con wasn't working and seemed to have been out for a while. The manager said it might be fixed today or tomorrow, but we weren't sure. I checked the forecast 14 days ahead, and it was already predicting temperatures in the mid 20's. Sure enough, it got that warm and then some, so there was plenty of time to fix it. I also got stuck in the lift while they were working on it, even though they were still letting people use it. The manager wasn't very apologetic, and his attitude matched what I mentioned before.
