The team seemed friendly, though we barely know since we left as soon as we could. The hotel was old, ugly, and dirty. The room hadn’t really been cleaned between guests, and the shower was disgusting. Breakfast was awful too. At 55€, it’s far too expensive for what you get, maybe worth 20€ at most. Avoid it if you can find another option.

This place has had some awful reviews, maybe deservedly, but there are positives. It’s ten minutes from the expo, right by esselunga, with bars and restaurants close by. My room was dated but comfortable, and I slept well. Great value for money.

A bad stay. I asked for an oven, and they said they didn’t have one. On the last evening of my three-night visit, the shower water was cold. I complained twice, but nothing was done. Technical problems can happen, but nobody even apologized. They need some education.

Everything felt old and nasty, from the dirty hotel and unclean, bad beds to the disgusting breakfast. There was no TV in the bedrooms, and the service was more than bad. It felt scary too. I’m never staying there again.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The woman at reception was dirty, impolite, and completely disgusted. So sad.
