6/10
The staff are friendly, and the place is functional if you just need a simple overnight stay. It has the basics, including a kettle, TV, hairdryer, and small fridge, though ours didn't work. The mattress seemed new, but I could feel the springs, so I turned it over and it was better. The shower had mould, and the room wasn't very clean or cosy. Cleaning wasn't done daily as the website says, and when it was done, they just changed towels and emptied the bins, leaving the floor dirty. Breakfast is Italian style, just a hot drink and croissants, with nothing savoury. The location is good only if you have a car.

The breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly.

The outside of the building needs a proper makeover, and the air conditioning needs servicing.

They close really early in the evening, so this isn't a good choice for a spontaneous overnight stay.

It doesn't give off the feel of a cool hotel.
