We stayed here May 3-4. The location worked well for us, with lots of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby, and places were easy to reach on foot. The renovated building was clean, quiet, and spacious. Parking was easy, and the indoor parking fee was reasonable. We had booked a standard room and were upgraded to a suite. Since there were three of us, two adults and our four-year-old, we were asked to pay an extra 6 euros for a bed. We gave 10 euros, including a 4 euro tip to thank them for the upgrade. The female owner was polite and nice, and made a good first impression. The male owner, though, spoke to us very aggressively about the extra payment. We don't know if that's just how he normally talks or if he thought we might refuse to pay, but it made us feel as if he might jump at us if we questioned it. For a place claiming to be three-star, we were shocked by how the owner treated us. In my view, if he can't speak nicely to guests, his wife should handle the business conversations. We gave the stay a 6 on Booking, then received a very attacking message on our private number asking why. He said they had upgraded us and seemed to think the score was because of the extra 6 euros. We'd already explained our reasons by message, but I'll say them here too: the low score was because of your gangster customer service, sir. Before running a business, learn how to communicate with customers. Even someone who pays just 1 euro is still a customer. You shouldn't talk to or attack people just because you think their feedback might cause trouble, when they haven't actually done anything. When you run a business, you have to accept real feedback and learn from it. If you take a business management class, you pay tuition. Customers who give honest feedback have paid you and are giving you free lessons to help improve and grow your business. You should worry when unhappy people leave without saying anything, because they won't return and may tell others to stay away. Then you lose customers without knowing why. Attacking customers for sharing their opinion is completely wrong. This was the first time we'd ever had this happen, and it really shocked us. Beware, it seems we're not the only ones: anyone who dares leave a bad review gets attacked. If you aren't sure you'll give them a high score, don't come. Or agree to give them a high score whatever happens, so they'll be happy and leave you alone. P.S. We also had to fix the suite toilet flush ourselves. They said it had recently been fixed, but had broken again after so many guests. You know guests are coming, so you should check it. In the end we fixed it because our four-year-old needed the toilet and couldn't wait for the male owner to come back and repair it. If your explanation is that the upgrade was a spontaneous decision and you couldn't check the suite first, then could we also come to your place, find we'd lost our wallet and couldn't pay, and expect to stay because that was unexpected? Please, we're all grown-ups. If you own a business, act like an educated person.

We were two adults and two children aged 12 and 13, staying six nights in the Venice chamber in August 2022. The bathroom was spotless, the rooms were spacious, and the hosts were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. There was free parking in front, checkout was at our convenience, and they fixed minor maintenance issues right away. The kitchen could use more equipment, and the bench bed needed updating. We would definitely recommend the place.

For a stay in Piacenza, this place offers good service for a fair price. It's very clean and well managed.

We spent Halloween in Grazzano Visconti and had a lovely time. The house has a beautifully kept garden, and our spotless, cozy room opened onto a large balcony overlooking it. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. We'd definitely come back and highly recommend it.
