Agriturismo Le Dolci Colline d'Abruzzo

We spent a relaxing afternoon here, enjoying the pool and the lovely garden with its olive trees. There are lounge chairs for relaxing, and comfortable playground equipment for children. The agriturismo is beautifully kept and welcoming, tucked into the Pescara hills. The owners are friendly and always available, and the food is excellent, especially the homemade Abruzzo specialties. It would also make a great base for exploring the region.

We stayed three nights with our three boys and felt right at home. The hosts gave us great ideas for trips to both the beach and the mountains. Rooms, pool, and breakfast were all perfect. We’d happily recommend this agriturismo.

I’ve spent years vacationing in Abruzzo, but I’ve never had an experience like this. I called today about renting the entire property for a week in August. Before I could finish my first question, the owner quickly told me they weren’t taking bookings because the owners were under 70, and she seemed close to hanging up. If the owner has these concerns or fears, why isn’t that explained on the website? Also, under Legislative Decree 81/08 on Health and Safety at Work, facilities that follow the various 2020 Prime Ministerial Decrees, with COVID-related training and daily sanitization, can offer reception services.

We only had one night here, but I’m sure we’ll be back. The owners were friendly, everything was clean and tidy, and the view and peace were wonderful. Breakfast was excellent. Don’t miss the bread, tomatoes, and their olive oil. I’d book with confidence; any surprises should be positive.
