On my second stay, I got a better room, but the half-board dinner I'd requested hadn't been prepared. They brought me a pizza from another restaurant instead. The first visit was rough too: I slept terribly and couldn't shower because it was broken.

The staff were the one bright spot, really friendly. The place looks like it hasn't been renovated in years, and even with daily cleaning, the visibly dirty box around the blinds stood out. Bugs were getting into my room, probably through that box. The air conditioning didn't work, though the heaters worked very well. Breakfast was pretty modest, just coffee, juice if requested, and pre-packaged discount croissants. It wasn't a pleasant stay.

My room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly. Still, cold air came in even with the windows shut. The building feels dated, and breakfast was a bit poor.
