10/10
The check-in got off to a shaky start because the hotel couldn't find our reservation. It worked out, though, and they still managed to give us the three rooms we needed. The staff were professional and really accommodating the whole time. We'd definitely make the trip again to stay here.

The restaurant at the hotel is really nice, and the rooms are very spacious, with balconies. The facilities are old-fashioned, but they give the place some charm. There's a nice pool too. It's in a residential area, though, so there aren't many places to walk to for snacks or drinks.

We had a clean, comfortable, large room, and the restaurant served authentic Italian food with friendly staff. La ruota sits in a peaceful green spot near Cuneo, with snow-covered mountains visible in the distance. A lovely hotel and restaurant in a quiet setting.

The people here were so caring and friendly, and I felt like I was staying at a relative's house. The atmosphere was lovely, and I really enjoyed the restaurant. They were happy to adjust the food to my taste when I asked. I loved it.

4/10
There aren't any local shops, so for food the only option is the restaurant opposite. It's cheap, and the food is OK. The hotel itself feels very dated. My room was large but dimly lit, with a look straight out of the 1970s. The air conditioning was poor, and the room smelled of stale cigarettes. The bathroom smelled of mildew too.
