The studio is small and cozy, with a great location. It has basic cooking gear, a fridge, air conditioning, and a compact bathroom with everything needed. Three people can sleep there, or more if someone uses the floor. We barely spent time inside, since the town is so interesting and the locals are welcoming. Antonello gave us a warm welcome to Ortigia, picked us up from the car park, and shared useful information on the way. There were a couple of minor maintenance problems, which kept it from being five stars. I'd definitely recommend it to couples as a sweet spot for a midday nap and a romantic visit to a beautiful town.

Antonio was a lovely, responsive host, and the apartment was excellent. My family of four stayed for three days. Everything was clean and neat, with the essentials and a newly furnished interior. The kitchen had what we needed to cook, even salt and seasoning. He welcomed us with fruit, wine, bottled water and juice, and left tea and jam for breakfast. The whole setup felt very professional, almost like a hotel. The apartment is right in the heart of Ortigia's old town, within walking distance of the main square and restaurants. Antonio also gave us a residents' parking permit, so parking was easy, and the Wi-Fi worked well. We highly recommend it.

The owner helped us park for free just outside Otigia, and we found the apartment clean, with a kitchenette. It's a great place in the centre of Ortigia, and we'd stay again. For a relaxing break, try the Biblios café, and Punto G next to the Duomo has live Jazz music.

A quiet spot with a lovely apartment and very good restaurants nearby. You're only meters from the sea and the center. The best place to stay in Oritigia, in my view. 5/5!

A quiet, clean place in the best neighborhood, close to Ortigia's sights and nightlife. The owners are very helpful, especially when it comes to parking.
