Antille

Things seemed fine at first, but a lot went wrong. We were students and teachers on a high school trip, and as far as we knew, there were no other guests. Still, they threatened to keep our deposit over a supposed noise complaint from another guest. They also didn’t explain the house rules when we arrived, then nearly fined us for smoking cigars on the balcony. We were told we could smoke in front of the hotel, but when we went out in the evening, the front door was locked. The room conditions were bad too. There were stains on the beds, mold on the curtains, and dirty towels. We also saw cockroaches.

Everything we needed was there: a clean, roomy bedroom, a very good breakfast, and friendly service. The neighborhood was peaceful, with plenty of restaurants close by.

Our school group from Bulgaria arrived late after various delays, and the hotel staff kept in touch and handled things responsibly. The rooms were well laid out, and the surroundings were peaceful. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner.

The rooms were filthy, and there were bed bugs everywhere. They charged a 300€ fine for going out on the terrace. The service was s*it. This place is awful, and I don’t recommend it to anyone. I hope this hole of a hotel gets shut down as soon as possible!!
