Carla's cooking was a highlight. She makes healthy, delicious food, with a few dishes that tasted like they belonged in a Michelin-starred restaurant. Everything we ate is grown or made by them, all organic and mostly plant-based. I even saw some unusual recipes, including one for water, that I'd never come across before. I'll try to recreate them at home, but I'll keep the surprise to myself. The rooms were new, clean, well equipped, and felt like home. The place itself is spacious and beautiful, tucked into nature with clean air and hiking trails just 200-300 meters away, well clear of city noise. Gino and Carla make the stay. Gino is a cheerful, friendly gentleman with great stories, and he does his best to help with any request. I can't wait to return.

The Bologna hills are so peaceful, and the location is beautiful. Breakfast was natural and delicious, with homemade desserts, and the staff were kind. A pity that the room air conditioning was broken during the hottest days of the year, and there were a few extra cobwebs.

The local vegetarian food was refined and delicious, and it was organic too. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and well equipped, all surrounded by lush greenery.

Even with my gluten and dairy intolerances, they were able to make me excellent food. Great setting, and the food was excellent. Highly recommended.
