The rooms and bathroom were new and roomy, though I could have used a hairdryer. The apartment kitchen didn't have the basics, and the owner's dog marks its territory. It wasn't cheap, either. I wouldn't recommend this place to cyclists who like a hearty breakfast.

4/10
The breakfast was really poor, with some biscuits already opened, and the place wasn't very clean. There was little privacy, too. At 7am loud music woke us up, even though we hadn't asked for a wake-up call.

The place is simple and kept in good shape, with genuinely courteous, welcoming service. Breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade cakes and goat's milk yogurt.

Massimo gives you such a warm welcome and is so friendly. It's an ideal B&B if you want to feel at home.

The breakfast gets 3 out of 5 from me. The bed linen was clean and comfortable, and the blanket kept us really warm.
