Our large apartment was in a well-preserved old building on a narrow street climbing toward the ancient city center. The whole family who owns it were lovely and very hospitable, and served breakfast. Piazza Armerina is an interesting historical city, and Villa Romana del Casale, with its fantastic mosaics, is close by.

We spent two nights at this B&B and came away with a really positive impression. The owners are wonderful, kind people who are always ready to help with a request. I'd recommend staying here, and we'll definitely come back.

The B&B is right in the center of Piazza Armerina, so the historic center is an easy walk. It's also a good base for visiting Villa Romana del Casale, where the building's mosaic floors are perfectly preserved. A wonderful B&B.

That little municipal park just across from the B&B is lovely. The B&B itself is beautiful too, tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable. I honestly expected more of Piazza Armerina's historic center: the streets are run-down and dirty, and getting around is uncomfortable because there are no sidewalks.
