The hosts and their adorable dogs made us feel so welcome, and the rooms were comfortable too. La Mattina is a lovely place to stay when you're stopping in Piazza Armerina. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

We felt very welcome in this private house, and the room was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was magnificent, too. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, got great value for the money, and would happily recommend it to others.

Breakfast out on the terrace was excellent, and the rooms were airy and spotless. The villa is a little outside the historic center, so it's quiet, with a lovely garden and a large, inviting pool. Everything is newly done and furnished with real care, from the elegant style to the quality materials and small details. The owners are delightful and make guests feel at home, which they did for us. This agriturismo is a real gem in Piazza Armerina. Luisa and Ivo Genova

The cork-lined walls make the place comfortable and quiet, and after an evening swim I slept well and felt ready to head out the next day to explore Sicily's open-air museum. You can see the care for quality of life and for guests in all the little details and warm smiles. Come to Piazza Armerina and give this place a try, you'll be thrilled.

Breakfast was plentiful and excellent, with regional products, and the rooms were very clean. The hosts were attentive and glad to help whenever we had questions, so we felt completely at ease. We'd love to return.
