It was pretty empty, but the food was good. We had tagliateli al tartufo, torta al testo, and ravioli salvia e burro, and all were good. The dessert was okay, nothing wow. The bill for two adults and two toddlers came to 65 euro. Not bad.

I’ve been coming here for years, and the quality is always reliable. If you want traditional Umbrian food in a simple, welcoming place, this is it. In summer, you can sit on the veranda overlooking a lovely green garden. Elio's appetizer gives you a full taste of lots of wonderful products. The first courses and meat are excellent, and everything is delicious. Game is usually not something I enjoy, but here it’s one of the rare exceptions, prepared really well and so tasty. The cured meats and torta al testo have a genuine, original flavor. 🌸
