We love this rustic farmhouse, especially the spectacular views across the Tuscan countryside. It’s perfectly placed for day trips to lots of amazing sights, and beautiful Monticchielo is close enough to walk to. We had some great meals there. Elena and Fabio were wonderful, friendly hosts, and I got to practice my Italian with them. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you, Elena and Fabio!

The three of us had a wonderful 14-day stay at Elena and her husband's house at the end of August. The house is large, beautiful, and furnished in a rustic style. We had the whole place and large pool to ourselves, while the friendly owners lived next door. They were always available with answers and tips, and even gave us some of their homemade olive oil. The location is stunning, with the kind of unique view you recognize from typical Tuscan photos and wonder where it is. For a feel for the area, we recommend the film "Made in Italy" with Liam Neeson. No one gets shot in it, he just explores this amazing region, especially our village of Montechiello. It’s a peaceful countryside holiday with plenty to see, and you’re overlooking THE photo hotspot. Thanks, Elena and your husband, for an unforgettable break. Pit, Silke & Gwen from Stuttgart.

Elena is always around if you need suggestions or advice. The view over Val d'Orcia is beautiful, and the private pool is lovely too. I’ll definitely return!
