Agriturismo Palazzo Massaini "Cavarciano"

We arrived to a warm welcome from the very kind Caterina, who offered us a delicious glass of their wine. Everything was thought through, right down to the smallest details, making this a perfect place to unwind. The night was completely quiet, then we woke to birdsong and a breakfast of excellent local products. Thanks to all the staff. We’ll definitely come back for longer.

Breakfast was generous and delicious, with fresh local produce, and the welcoming staff were always around when we needed them. The property is beautifully cared for, with spectacular views over the Val d'Orcia and a great base for exploring the area and getting a feel for Tuscany. A peaceful, romantic stay in the Tuscan hills that will stay with me.

We spent two nights at agriturismo Cavarciano with our dog, and it turned out to be a perfect place for him too. It’s a peaceful spot in the Val d’Orcia, with welcoming staff who were always available. The breakfast was plentiful and the pool was super clean.

The pool and private parking were lovely, and the agriturismo is in a very convenient spot near Pienza. We appreciated being offered a glass of wine when we arrived. The one issue was that they started mowing the lawn at 3:00 PM while we were relaxing by the pool. I’d suggest scheduling that for a more suitable time.
