I wouldn't recommend this place. I stayed for three nights. The accommodation is nice, but the listing doesn't clearly say that the kitchen and living room are shared with the other rooms. The day before checkout, we asked the owner Veronica if we could leave later than the usual 11am checkout, since our flight was at 7pm. As the message screenshot shows, she agreed to let us stay until 2pm so we could have lunch and shower before leaving for Rome airport. At about 12pm, while we were buying lunch in town, she called in a panic and said we had to leave right away. I reminded her we'd arranged a 2pm checkout. She said she knew, but still insisted we leave immediately. We rushed back, finished packing, took a quick shower, and left at once because she'd brought a woman to clean the apartment, which broke our privacy. She was rude as she kept insisting we leave, and I don't think she's responsible enough to run this kind of business.

The beautiful flat and the breathtaking places she recommended made this a unique and memorable experience. Veronica, the owner, hosted us.

The neighborhood is quiet, and there's a large parking area behind the fence. The apartment is very beautiful. I can only recommend it.

We came across Casa Cardinali by chance, and Veronica made us feel very welcome. The rooms were very clean, and having private parking means a lot. It's in an excellent spot, just a 2-minute walk from the center. Veronica also pointed us to some truly beautiful places and suggested lots of things that would have been hard to find on our own.

Mrs. Gigliola greeted us when we arrived and was kind and very helpful. The house was spacious, clean, tastefully furnished, and equipped with every comfort and convenience. Its interior spaces are beautiful, and it's in a quiet spot not far from the center of Pienza. It exceeded our expectations, and we'd highly recommend it.
