Castello Di Spedaletto

We had four nights here for our honeymoon, and it made a perfect base for exploring the region’s villages and cities. Laura was wonderful, and you can tell how much she cares about her work. The pool was cool, but just right for a day spent relaxing.

We were two couples here for six days and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Laura and the whole team were friendly, fun, and incredibly helpful. The setting is elegant and stunning, the food was delicious, and the place looks even better in person than the photos suggest. The private pool was a real treat. It was also great being so close to Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Montichiello, and San Quirco d'orcia, so we could visit each town without long drives. Grazie Mille, Laura and team, for such a lovely experience!

We loved our stay. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and breakfast was delicious. The place has an interesting history, and there’s so much care in the room’s style and details. The grounds are lovely too. They’re adding a pool, which should be a wonderful addition.

Laura and her family and friends were incredibly gracious. She was quick to respond and clearly cared about making sure we were looked after. We loved the location and how unique the place is. Breakfast at the family restaurant inside the castle wall, beside the farmhouse accommodations, was amazing. If you get the chance, try the pasta tasting lunch. Everything comes from their farm. Visit Laura’s family ancient grain pasta shop next door too, and take their tour. The family’s wine is delicious as well. Laura’s family has several locations, including charming Sorbelle.
