Residence Hermitage

Quiet and nice.

The property has been partly renovated. The two-room apartments are new, tastefully furnished and clean, and the usable pool is well kept. The shared areas are adequate. It’s not far from the beach, where Ermanno runs an excellent beach club. One thing to keep in mind: make careful notes and double-check the details of your stay, since misunderstandings can happen easily.

We stayed in a comfortable, well-kept two-room apartment on the fourth floor, with air conditioning, an elevator and a terrace facing the sea. The residence has two pools, one with a constant depth and one with a variable depth, plus a children’s pool and a whirlpool. Nautilus, a beach resort with good service, is close by on foot, and a pleasant walk of 15-20 minutes gets you to the center of Pietra Ligure. What really stood out was Elsa, the residence manager. She was always smiling, kind and professional, and ready to help guests with what they needed. Good-quality accommodation, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

The reception team were so friendly and willing to help with anything. The residence is close to the beaches and other amenities, and there’s numbered paid parking below. The pool is clean and comfortable, with a courtyard next to the bar that has tables, chairs and a children’s playground. The apartments are bright, very clean and seemed recently renovated. They had everything we needed, though it’s a shame there’s no microwave and the balcony is small.
