The garden is full of magnificent flowers, and the house is exceptionally well designed. There’s also lots to enjoy, including a swimming pool, solarium, professional ping pong table, barbecue, and wood-fired oven. Though surrounded by nature, it’s close to the city center and only 10 minutes from the sea. The owners are extremely kind, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. In summer the area has a mild, temperate climate, much cooler than homes by the seaside. Evenings work well both for clubbers, since the residence is close to the clubs, and for people wanting peace and quiet, with just the right distance from the city’s hustle and bustle. If you’re vacationing in Versilia, staying here is a must.

The first impression was great, but the disappointment came soon after. We booked this place spontaneously after an incident with another provider forced us to find somewhere else. We reserved several nights for over €1000, then had to cancel within an hour. The landlord had no losses or anything like that, but we still didn’t get our money back. We were charged for all nine nights, and the apartment was rented out again afterward. We’re a young family with a baby, and we feel this situation was taken advantage of and we were ruthlessly ripped off. He can be happy with the money. Hopefully karma will sort it out for us.
