The bathroom was spacious, and the beds and room were okay. Staff were kind, the location was great, and free parking was available. There was only a tiny desk, and outside noise came through easily because the room didn't block sound very well.

The breakfast buffet had lots to choose from, and the cakes were especially first-rate. The staff were considerate and very helpful. There's convenient, secure private parking nearby, and the hotel sits in a lively area, just a five-minute walk from the railway station. The bed and bathroom were comfortable and beautifully designed. Worth every penny.

From the marble bathrooms to the clean, comfortable rooms, this place has a lot of Italian charm. You can sit outside in several pleasant spots, and breakfast is excellent, with fresh fruit, local cheeses, and proper cappuccino made without a machine. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It's right in the center, just steps from the Piazza and its shops and restaurants. The best hotel in town!

We didn't stay at the hotel, but we did meet Manuel at reception, and he's an amazing man. At 11 pm we were desperate to find a taxi, so we asked if he might be able to help. He spent 20 minutes calling every taxi in the area until he found one. Then he offered us water and gave us some great recommendations for the rest of our trip. Thanks again, Manuel and Hotel Palagi ;)

The location is perfect and everything was very clean. Breakfast was nice, and staff checked several times whether we wanted anything else. Really nice people, completely focused on the customer. Five stars!
