The apartment is spacious and clean, and the small pool is comfortable, clean, and fairly well kept. For welcoming guests into their residence, these gentlemen deserve three stars. The garden has just about everything, including snow skis, dog poop, a parrot aviary, goldfish in putrid water, Seven Dwarfs and winged dog statues, and faded garden decorations that look 40 years old. The owner is very kind, but she should tidy up the jumble of objects. The backyard is another problem, it looks like a landfill.

We loved the pool and the delightful animals, and the owners were so kind and helpful. This beautiful place is surrounded by greenery and well situated for visiting Florence, Lucca, Pisa, and Montecatini itself, with the toll booth just a minute away. A little corner of paradise. We'll definitely come back.

I booked for December and left after 12 hours because I was too cold. The place wasn't particularly clean, and in my opinion it's simply unsuitable for guests in winter. They seem to think split air conditioning is enough to heat a home. The owner said she hadn't preheated the room because, despite it being 2°C outside, everything would be warm in 10 minutes. I've never encountered anything like that. I regret not leaving right away or contacting Booking. That's my view: unsuitable.

A well-kept apartment complex, nicely furnished, at a fair price. Our unit had a full kitchen with a fridge and oven, and Lucca was convenient to get to. Recommended.
