Palazzo Sangiorgio

After full days exploring, we were able to get some real rest in the very nice rooms. The staff were fantastic, and I felt looked after throughout our stay. Breakfast was plentiful, and the prosecco was phenomenal. They also served nuts and snakes with the drinks, which was a nice touch. The rooftop hot tub was pleasant, though it was more of a warm tub. The on-site restaurant wasn't the best, but there were plenty of other places to eat within a reasonable distance. All in all, a great stay, and I highly recommend it.

The terrace looked out over the square, which was a lovely view. Our room was spacious, beautiful and clean, with crisp linens that didn't look worn. The staff and their recommendations were 10/10, and breakfast was filling with lots of variety. I'd happily stay again on my next trip to Catania. If it suits your plans and budget, I'd book it.

The rooms were great, but breakfast let us down, especially for a five-star hotel. Maybe it was the low season, but there were hardly any hot choices, and some of the food seemed to have been sitting out for a while. It's the worst hotel breakfast I've had in some time. The coffee was great, at least.

Breakfast at Palazzo Sangiorgio was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented each morning. We also ate at the fine dining restaurant, and both the food and service were exceptional. From check-in onward, the staff handled every detail with care and professionalism. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and valued. The hotel brings together luxury and comfort with top-tier hospitality. We had an outstanding stay and dining experience, and can't wait to return. I'd highly recommend it.
