The staff deserve a special mention, especially the guy who greets guests. He makes you feel right at home. The place itself is quiet, clean, and comfortable, and it’s near Termini station. A really nice spot to rest while visiting Rome.

The service was great and everything was clean. The location is excellent too, within walking distance of lots of historic attractions. The rooms, though, are old and small.

I love this place! The owner is so friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and have private bathrooms, and the location is great. Prices are affordable too.

The bathroom had a strong cigarette smell, even though I don't smoke, and it clearly hadn't been dealt with. There was also hair and other stuff in the bed and bathroom, so the cleaning wasn't complete. I tried to justify giving this place 3/5, but that wouldn't be fair. For the high price, the value is poor: very little space, a terrible location, and no peace and quiet. It's far from everything and not near a subway, so it might only work if you're happy to walk a lot while traveling. Cars, motorcycles, trucks, and noise from other rooms can all be heard. Management got lucky that I'm not very picky. Honestly, 2/5 is generous. There's a lot that needs renovating.
