Casa Enrico

We had a great stay, and the locals were so hospitable. Casa Enrico is excellent value for money, and the house was clean with all COVID-19 regulations respected. The lake is an easy walk away, while the Coop mini market, bars, and restaurants are all within three minutes on foot. There are trails nearby too, including some for kids. I'd definitely recommend it and hope to come back soon.

The location is handy, with the supermarket, bars, restaurants, and lake all within 200 meters, but the property is badly neglected. Our apartment was practically in a pigeon loft, with beams we kept bumping our heads on. The lighting was like a cemetery, the taps didn't work, and there was hardly any kitchen equipment. We had a huge pasta strainer and a pot that could cook pasta for two at most. The last two stair landings had no lights. It's a shame, because proper upkeep could make this a great place. There was a note in the kitchen saying to ask the agency if anything was missing, but they should be checking what's missing themselves. Not an experience I'd repeat.

We were lucky to have quiet neighbors all week, and would happily come back one day. The apartment is simply furnished, but clean and perfectly adequate for people like us who spent each day out doing activities and came back in the evening. For us, the value for money was excellent. It's also very well located near the lake, a shop, hiking trails, and bike paths. We knew in advance that bed linen, towels, and final cleaning cost extra, and arranged for that.

We stayed under the roof on the top floor, and the lake was an easy walk away. All the amenities are convenient too. What a spectacular place, we'll be back as soon as we can!
