The village is a little jewel, and the house is an old stone building that’s been renovated. Our room was spacious and clean. The owner was lovely, always ready to help and give tourists information, and made homemade cakes for a super breakfast. If you have a car, it’s a handy, quiet base for travelling around the “5 terre.” We ate twice at an “agriturismo” right in front of the hotel, and there are a few other places nearby too.

Edda greeted us in the parking lot and gave us a map with places to visit and park. She even booked tables for us at a few restaurants in town. She was so welcoming and kind, and made sure we were comfortable and happy with our visit. The rooms were clean and nice, the breakfast was really good, and the town was quiet. It felt good to get away from the city and the more touristy areas. This is one of the most memorable places I’ve stayed, and I’d come back if I return to the area.

We found the tiny town beautiful, up among green mountains, and the location worked really well for Cinque Terre. Drive there, then take the train between the villages. The hostess was warm and attentive to everything we needed. The rooms were great and very, very clean, and breakfast came with freshly baked cakes. Coming here was the best choice we made. Don’t hesitate!
