The views are incredible, from the vineyards and olive groves over the hills to Gran Sasso, and all the way down to the sea. The sunrises are fantastic. The wine cellar can be visited, and the location works well for both Roseto and Pineto. There are six apartments in the house, with a covered porch and an outdoor dining table, plus a lovely, well-equipped pool. It’s a quiet place to relax and enjoy good company. We’ll be back.

We stayed near the end of the season and had all six apartments to ourselves. The owners were helpful and kind, while still giving us space. Their farm is across the road, where you can buy their excellent olive oil. The garden is lovely, with a pool, gazebo, tables and chairs, loungers, and a barbecue, all among green fields. From the kitchen there’s a view of the sea, just a few kilometers away. I’d recommend having a car for the beaches, where parking is available every few meters, and for visiting nearby towns. Highly recommended!

A great spot if you’re after a calm, relaxing break. The pool sits in a lovely garden and is very handy. There’s no air conditioning, but we didn’t miss it. Everything you need is only about a kilometer away.

Marco, who runs the place, was so friendly and helpful. The little farmhouse is surrounded by countryside, less than a kilometer from Scerne, and suits anyone who’d rather avoid the busy seaside towns. There’s a striking view of the hills behind it, and the garden and covered pool area are perfect for unwinding.
