Lovely.

The quiet was one of the best parts of staying at B&B A Casa di Lucio and Giuliana. Apart from the birds, it was so peaceful and restful. The place was also spotless, with every room looked after with care. It felt warm and familiar, like staying with old friends, while still having a refined style. The Wi-Fi was fast and steady, which was a real plus for us even on holiday. Just a few steps away is the Torre del Cerrano Marine Protected Area, where the sea and nature meet. We enjoyed walking along the coast, learning about the tower’s history, and spending time on the unspoiled beach. It really felt like a little corner of paradise in Pineto. We can’t wait to return and recharge there again.

The garden was a pleasure to spend time in, beautifully cared for and peaceful. We stayed at Emanuele's B&B in July, and our room was impeccable, comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. We were warmly welcomed with a lovely aperitif when we arrived. Breakfast each morning was fresh, plentiful, authentic, and different each day, with local products. The bikes provided were a great touch, and we rode the path to Roseto. I’d recommend the B&B to anyone after a welcoming, well-run place where guests are genuinely looked after. Thank you, Emanuele. We were a little reserved when we arrived, but the manager’s kindness and easygoing discretion soon made my wife and me feel at home. Our Cherry Room was upstairs under a sloping ceiling, with a little balcony, and had a lovely vintage splash of color. Everything was clean, cared for, and furnished with quiet elegance. Even in early August, the place stayed peaceful. The bike path, pine forest, beach, and town center are all about a 4-5 minute walk away. There are markets and squares with music and events in town. We also liked that bikes are free to use and glass bottles of water are kept in the shared fridge to cut down on disposable plastic. There’s no reserved parking, though we found a spot on the B&B’s street by the entrance gate when we got back from visiting nearby villages. The breakfast nook is small, but they’ll bring out juice, yogurt, or other things from the kitchen if you ask.
