The staff were nice and tried to help when we spoke to them, but it didn’t fix the problem. We were on the first floor, and the upstairs neighbors were so loud that we could hear every movement through the poor sound insulation. We also heard water running and splashing until midnight, so it was impossible to fall asleep. The room was very dark even with the lights on. The wellness area and the location were great.

The crew provided really fine service, and the warm welcome made the stay feel special. I liked the style and all the attention to detail. A very nice experience, one I’d happily repeat. Thank you!

We booked a room, then just two days before we were due to arrive, they wrote to say they didn’t know how the booking had happened, had no room for us, and had canceled our reservation. Such a negative situation. Irresponsible, and I don’t recommend this hotel. We ended up at a different hotel in Pinzolo, and during the peak of the season it was a big problem to find any room available. Then THEY called us and said, “Oh, we have this reservation, my colleague didn’t tell us.” While we were talking, the reception hung up and wouldn’t answer again. Be very careful with this hotel. It seems they have some aspirations, but the staff are in a total mess and don’t know what they’re doing.
