Right in the heart of Pinzolo, this is a great hotel. The town centre is an easy walk away, as are the ski lift and the bus service to the other ski areas.

The rooms were clean, with fresh bed linen, and the location was great. Breakfast was good and dinner service excellent, although the main courses could be better despite the good quality. The lady owner could have been more pleasant.

The spa felt modern and had an exceptional atmosphere, and even the ski room was kept clean. Our room was tidy and practical, and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

The spa was a highlight, with a pool, sauna, steam room, and treatments available to residents. The gondola is very close, handy if you're skiing. Staff were lovely and dinners very good. Breakfast was lacking for me: there were no salads or vegetables, just toast, eggs, or sausages. Maybe that’s the Italian style, but it was my first visit.
