That bar attached to the hotel was our favorite après spot in town, and the food was amazing too. My husband and I spent a week here, with breakfast and dinner included, and had a fantastic time. Francesco behind the bar was brilliant, with real knowledge and skill. And Bob the robot deserves a mention for carrying our coffees. The hotel is family run, and everyone was so warm and helpful. Catarina, Andrea (I hope I’ve got those names spelled right!) and the rest of the family made us feel at home. The gondolas are right across from the hotel, which made the location amazing.

The après ski bar was a treat, especially the homemade snack board that came with our drinks. The cocktails were tasty too. We stayed from 25 to 30 January 2026 and had a great experience at this family run hotel, where the whole family seemed glad to look after guests. Our room was very clean and tidy, and the ski lift was within easy walking distance. We booked half board. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including delicious croissants, sandwiches, and homemade pies. Dinner was carefully made each evening with local products and was extremely good, with enough to eat. If you have a big appetite, you can also order a fresh pizza or a cheese and mountain platter during après ski.

The staff are so kind and lovely, and the coffee, eggs, and homemade pastries make this a great breakfast stop before skiing. For lunch, the traditional pasta alla carbonara and amatriciana are definitely a town highlight too!
