The village is about 500 meters from the house. It had lots of extras, and our hostess was friendly.

The village has the everyday places you might need, including a supermarket, butcher, bakery, pizzeria, and bar. From there, it's also easy to get to Rimini, Riccione, Cattolica, Pesaro, Urbino, Gradara, and San Marino. The owner was courteous and helpful. It's a peaceful countryside setting with the comforts of a hotel wellness center, a nice option if you're looking to unwind.

The location is pretty good. Summer brings lots of mosquitoes, though thankfully every window has a net. It's a two-family house, and the other resident is there all year; the neighbor can be a bit of a pain.

The house is damp, which is its main downside. On the plus side, there's a hot tub and sauna, and a fireplace in the shared room. We picked it partly for the price and its excellent location.
