Il Poggio

We stayed here from 12 to 15 August, and it was so hot we nearly didn't make it through. The room was so tiny it felt claustrophobic. If you're sitting on the bed with your feet on the floor, you can't open the wardrobe. There's a tower fan, but it barely moves any air, so we were sweating day and night. I called to ask about changing the towels and getting a roll of toilet paper. The guy who answered was incredibly rude. I heard him tell someone, "she's the one who wants the towels changed." I don't know him, I'm not his mother, and I'm paying for a service. Calling a customer "she's the one" is just not appropriate. It's a shame, because the older lady and the cleaning lady were courteous, but everything else completely overshadowed that.

It was quiet and private, and the place itself is lovely. The cleanliness was top notch, and my room had everything I could ask for as a solo guest. The owners were very kind. When the previous hairdryer had been taken away, the lady brought me another one herself. I definitely recommend eating at "Baita 7 Nani," about 1 km from the apartment. It belongs to the owner of the apartments, and you won't regret it.

The scenery is stunning, and the place was so peaceful. I came on New Year's Eve and, luckily, didn't hear any firecrackers. The single room was lovely and very warm, with a small bathroom that looked super new. Pets are accepted, and the very kind lady walked us from their restaurant to the house. Everything was truly excellent.

I was there for one night on my motorcycle and had a great time. The rooms suit people passing through, and both the room and bathroom were clean and nice. The owners were kind and helpful.
